The EnumNotNone class allows you to make sure that an enumeration item does not have the None (== 0) value.

The EnumNotNone attribute can be applied to properties whose type is an enum that has a member with an explicit value of 0. When a property of this type is validated, this ValidationAttribute will return false from its IsValid method if the underlying value of the property contains the value 0. In all other situations it will return true.
